NO CREDIT will be made until returned item is inspected. If you return an item for any other reason other than workmanship, then you will only be credited the amount of the item not shipping. FABRIC: If a fabric is sent to you by mistake, then we will cover the shipping back to us and resend the correct fabric to you at no cost. If you order a fabric and don't like it and want to return it, you pay shipping back to us. You will be credited the fabric cost only after the fabric has been returned to us. PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING AND TAGS FOR RETURNS. We do not ship to Nigeria.

Our policy with ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are as follows:  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY.  On orders other than fabric, we will charge your credit card 2 times.  First, for the product cost and Second, for the shipping cost. (We need to have the Postal Service give us the correct shipping prices.) If you request, you will be notified by email of the shipping cost.  Once the packages leave the United States we have no way of tracking the package.  Please be aware that there is a risk that your fabric may not arrive.  If you choose to order, even though you know you are taking a risk, we will do everything we can to insure that your order will be packaged safely and securely.  

Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, and Mexico have known theft problems within their postal services, we ship FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL. Please see the cost of shipping for the fabric above. On any of our beds we will contact you before shipping, because postage to these countries is expensive. We will not guarantee delivery. If it is stolen enroute, we will NOT make it good to these known problem countries.

When shipping our INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we are only able to give you an approximate amount of days that it will take to ship your order from the United States to your country.  We have NO CONTROL as to how long it will take for orders to go through your customs.  

*We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that might be levied by your country. Please contact your local post office or UPS store to determine the import duties, taxes and clearance fees. 

Manufacturers may discontinue a fabric at any time, so even if we tell you we can buy a bolt, sometimes we'll find out that it is no longer available. Please understand, that we are not in control of when they may discontinue a fabric. (If the desired fabric turns out to be discontinued, we will be unable to give you the buy a bolt price on what we have in stock.)

When you place your order, you will be emailed a total including shipping.  All of our packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service.  Shipping costs are figured using Priority Mail costs. 

If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation on your fabric order or would like to have us ship your order Parcel Post, please notify us by email.

Even though the expected time line is shown below. The Postmaster states that postal service could take 1-2 days longer, due to our current world circumstances.  

If you receive an order and it is the incorrect fabric, notify us and we will check our records to see what fabric you had ordered.  If we sent you the fabric that was on your original order, then you will be responsible for the return postage.  If, GOIN' TO THE DOGS made a mistake and sent the incorrect fabric, we will pay for the return postage.  Take time to double check your order before sending.
