Full bolts are special-ordered from our supplier. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of full bolts, depending on manufacturer. Your credit card will not be billed until we ship to you.  If fabric is in stock, your order will be shipped with in 2-4 business working days (Monday-Friday).

Manufacturers may discontinue a fabric at any time, so even if we tell you we can buy a bolt, sometimes we'll find out that it is no longer available. Please understand, that we are not in control of when manufacturer may discontinue a fabric.

If the desired fabric turns out to be discontinued, we will list any excess of the discontinued fabric on our OUT OF PRINT page.

•  GUARANTEE:   WE GUARANTEE THAT ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NEW AND UNUSED.  (NOT EVERYONE IS GOOD ABOUT KEEPING THEIR CAT OR DOG CURRENT ON SHOTS.  BY NOT RESELLING USED PRODUCTS, THIS HELPS TO KEEP THE SPREADING OF CANINE OR FELINE DISEASES OR SKIN PROBLEMS).  Each of our pet beds are made individually by hand.  We ship each order from our destination as soon as possible after we receive the order.   If for any reason there is a problem at our end with the shipping timeline,  out of stock material or any other unforeseen problem, we will contact you via email ASAP.     PLEASE READ THE BULLETED ITEMS BELOW.   Shipping & Handling fees will be added to your total. • RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES: CONTACT US  WITHIN 10 DAYS IF NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. BEDS: We can not accept a return if your pet has been in the bed. NO CREDIT will be made until returned item is inspected. If you return an item for any other reason other than workmanship, then you will only be credited the amount of the item not shipping. FABRIC: If a fabric is sent to you by mistake, then we will cover the shipping back to us and resend the correct fabric to you at no cost. If you order a fabric and don't like it and want to return it, you pay shipping back to us. You will be credited the fabric cost only after the fabric has been returned to us. PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING AND TAGS FOR RETURNS. CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF USED. 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON RETURNS.  SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PAID BY CUSTOMER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS ITEM HAS WORKMANSHIP DAMAGE.
