NO CREDIT will be made until returned item is inspected. If you return an item for any other reason other than workmanship, then you will only be credited the amount of the item not shipping. FABRIC: If a fabric is sent to you by mistake, then we will cover the shipping back to us and resend the correct fabric to you at no cost. If you order a fabric and don't like it and want to return it, you pay shipping back to us. You will be credited the fabric cost only after the fabric has been returned to us. PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING AND TAGS FOR RETURNS.
